Responsibilities:
● Command the Channel – Recruit, Build, lead, and scale a high-performance portfolio of
channel partners and resellers.
● Set the Pace – Create and execute aggressive growth strategies, lead partner recruitment,
and deliver consistent performance.
● Drive Revenue – Identify new market opportunities, negotiate high-stakes deals, and hold
partners accountable to performance goals.

initiatives and support channel success.

What We’re Looking For:
● 5+ years of channel sales or channel management experience in any: Cloud based
networking, SaaS, IaaS, UCaaS, MSPs, and WAN networking in the telecommunications
space.
● Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling channel programs.
● Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills—you know how to close and how to
influence.
● High energy, high ownership, and a no-excuses mindset.
● Data-driven with the ability to quickly pivot based on performance metrics.
● Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and partner portal management.

Account Relations Manager
Account Relations Manager
Location: Illinois Based
About the Role:
As an Account Relations Manager, you'll get to expand relationships and lead the charge in retaining and growing Stratus Networks existing customer base in our Enterprise and Channel segments. This quota-based role will require someone who has strong upselling experience and understands base management with growth. You will also be responsible for retaining and growing the existing customer base, through renewals and selling the evolving product line that Stratus has developed and continues to expand to keep our SMB, Enterprise, and Channel customers at the forefront of technology.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent Communications Skills: Must be able to articulate our telecommunications products and services, demonstrating how they meet both current and future customer needs.
- Customer Engagement: Must be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and further penetrate accounts at multiple levels, to identify their specific needs and requirements, as well as growth goals.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with the product development and sales engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers, providing guidance.
- Solution Presentations: Deliver compelling solution demonstrations and presentations to existing clients, showcasing the benefits and capabilities of our telecommunications solutions.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies within our markets, sharing insights with the team to drive innovation.
- Voice of the Customer: Gather feedback from customers and communicate it to the product development and support teams to contribute to product improvements and enhancements and company competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in a Telecommunications Account Management, Sales, or Retention role.
- Expert product knowledge of telecommunications technologies, including Ethernet, Dedicated Internet, and Broadband.
- Experience selling to and/or servicing Telecommunications services to Small and Medium companies is required, and Enterprise is a plus. Most importantly, the successful candidate will have a passion for bringing technology solutions to existing customers and delighting customers in daily interactions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and a passion for solving customer challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers.

About the Role:
Stratus Construction is currently hiring experienced Splicers for Peoria and Rockford, IL. As a Fiber Splicing Technician, you will play a crucial role in our network deployment, maintenance and emergency repair. Your primary responsibility will be to perform fiber optic splicing and testing for new and existing customers and to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our network infrastructure.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to splice fiber optic cables loose tube/ribbon and how to place a mid-sheath splice.
- Able to test/troubleshoot fiber using OTDR.
- Ability to access manholes, and hand holes.
- Use ladders to access various installation and construction points as required.
- Ensure proper safety techniques and incident reporting procedures are followed.
- Able to construct proper splice including but not limited to grounding, bonding, isolation, slack storage and sealing.
- Ability to perform work in accordance with TIA, RUS, and customer specific standards.
- Comfortable entering, maintaining and exiting existing splice enclosures.
- Knowledge of the installation of fiber optic cable in new and existing conduit.
- Ability to terminate, test, troubleshoot and maintain fiber optic networks.
- Must have good attention to detail regarding setting up splice locations, termination points, and general live fiber optic construction.
- Other duties as required.
- Must be able to work overtime and on call schedule
- Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Experience and Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- One year of fiber splicing experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow engineering design maps.
- Must have intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills.
- Ability to drive for results completing assignments timely and accurately.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working with a team or alone.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen, criminal background check.

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented legal intern to join our in-house legal team at our mid-sized technology/telecommunication company. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate legal operations while contributing to meaningful projects that directly impact our business operations.
Primary Responsibilities
Contract Management & Organization (Primary Focus)
- Organize and systematically file all internal digital contracts using established naming conventions and filing protocols
- Ensure accurate labeling and categorization of contracts for easy retrieval and reference
- Maintain contract databases and tracking systems
- Assist with contract review and analysis as needed
Additional Legal Support
- Provide assistance with collections matters, including document preparation and case tracking
- Conduct legal research on various corporate and commercial law topics
- Draft memoranda, correspondence, and other legal documents
- Support legal team with ad-hoc legal projects and administrative tasks
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic legal initiatives
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school, having successfully completed first year (1L)
- Strong academic performance with a grade of B or higher in Contracts coursework preferred
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word (required)
- Working knowledge of SharePoint for document management
- Competency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis
- Experience with legal research databases (Westlaw, LexisNexis)
Location & Availability
- Must be available to work in our Chicago, IL office a minimum of 2 days per week
- Full-time availability throughout the summer term
